How to Return

    Contact hello@discocowboyhatshops.com with your order number and reason for return.

    We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day (defective items) or a return instructions email.

    Pack & ship

    Pack the hat securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.

    Get refunded

    Once we receive and inspect the return (1–2 days), your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement. This is the fastest way to get a different size or color. Return shipping is free for defective items; otherwise a $5.99 label fee applies.

Refund Policy

At Disco Cowboy Hat Shop, we stand behind every hat we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Eligibility: Refunds are available within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Refund Method: All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

Partial Refunds: We may issue a partial refund for items that show signs of wear, missing tags, or non-original packaging, at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom and personalized hat orders are final sale and cannot be refunded unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Sale & Clearance: Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders from our Nashville, Tennessee warehouse. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are processed the same day.

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is $9.99. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Expedited (2–3 days, $14.99) and overnight ($29.99) options are available.

International Shipping: We ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing times outside of our control.

Lost Packages: If your package is shown as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then contact us — we'll file a claim and work to resolve it quickly.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at hello@discocowboyhatshops.com. After that, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.

Yes! Add a gift message at checkout and we'll include a hand-written note. Premium gift boxing is available for $4.99 extra.

Products & Sizing

Measure your head circumference with a flexible tape measure about 1 inch above your eyebrows. Our size guide on each product page maps measurements to S/M/L/XL. When in doubt, go a size up — our hats have an adjustable inner band.

Most of our hats come in sized options (S, M, L, XL). Some styles feature a universal adjustable fit. Check the individual product page for sizing details.

Standard domestic orders take 1–2 business days to process plus 5–7 days shipping (7–9 days total). Expedited and overnight options are available. International orders take 10–21 business days.
